Inhaler Returns to Nashville With A Sold-Out Show

Words by Yoselin Moreno

March 10, 2023 — The Irish Indie-rock band, Inhaler made their return to music city with a sold out show at The Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville,Tn while on their biggest U.S tour to date.

This tour follows the release of the bands sophomore album Cuts & Bruises which debuted at no. 1 on the official Ireland music chart earlier this year.

Inhaler consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Elijah Hewson, bassist Robert Keating, guitarist Josh Jenkinson and drummer  Ryan McMahon. The band has established themselves steadily in the Indie Rock scene over the past couple of years and is still on the rise.

Inhaler opened the show with high energy as they performed “These Are The Days”, the lead single off Cuts & Bruises. This song was followed by “My Honest Face” one of their biggest songs of their debut album. Both songs absolute anthems that set the impeccable atmosphere for the rest of the night.

The perfectly curated set lasted a bit over an hour. It included heavier songs such as  “So Far so Good” and “When It Breaks” which sent their captive crowd  jumping as well as slower songs such as “The things I Do” and “Valentine.”

Although there was not much interaction between the band and the audience this left more room for music. Towards the end of the set lead singer, Elijah did thank the crowd for coming out and mentioned he was happy to be back in Nashville again.

They closed out the show with a two song encore including “If You’re Gonna Break My Heart” and the title track off their debut album “It Won’t Always Be Like This” which sent the crowd into one final frenzy.

Make sure to catch Inhaler in a city near you as they continue their 2023 North American tour through April 6th!
