March 31, 2023 — Alternative rock artist jxdn performed at the Music Farm in Charleston, South Carolina for his I Hope This Never Ends tour.

As soon as jxdn stepped onto the stage, the room erupted into screams. He was wearing a “Life Begins at Hooters” shirt paired with black slacks clasped shut with safety pins. He opened his set with his latest single, “Friends With Benefits,” which jumpstarted the show with high energy and crowd engagement.

Along with originals, jxdn performed covers of popular songs, such as an intimate rendition of “Yellow” by Coldplay and a sultry cover of “The Hills” by The Weeknd.

The familiar songs were soon replaced with new music from his upcoming album, which is scheduled to release in the summer of 2023. “Feel Like Shit” was upbeat and captivated the crowd. This is a song you will want to have on repeat once it is out.

If you are a fan of jxdn’s old music, don’t fret. Songs off his debut album, Tell Me About Tomorrow, also received love on the setlist. A few of these songs included “TONIGHT,” “BRAINDEAD,” and “WANNA BE.” During these songs, the crowd was deafening while screaming the lyrics at the top of their lungs.

Towards the end of the performance, the opener, Beauty School Dropout, revisited the stage to perform their single “FREAK,” which was created in collaboration with jxdn.

Jxdn ended his show with a performance of “ANGELS & DEMONS,” which was a crowd favorite. Once the song ended, he left the stage only to return for an encore. He stripped his shirt off for the last song of the night, “Elevated Heartbreak,” which was a heartfelt and intimate performance. As he closed the show, he threw roses into the crowd and expressed his gratitude to the fans.

Overall, the show was an unforgettable experience. Fans left the venue with smiles on their faces because of the incredible performances put on by jxdn and the openers.
